This course targets senior and middle management revenue officials of any Revenue Authority who will be able to use our methodologies as a diagnostic tool to measure the strengths and weaknesses of the tax administration operations/functions.
Solution
The training workshop, presented by ATA, consists of presentations explaining:
- The Design Principle and Purpose
- The Scoring Methodology for each of the performance areas and indicators based on the ATA Field Guide
- The Pre-assessment, Assessment, and Post-assessment phases of the ATA diagnostic
- How a good plan should be written.
Additional Info
In addition, there are discussion sessions where practice exercises and case studies mimicking real life situations are discussed.
Finally, a one-hour ATA exam is conducted. Those who pass the get a ATA accredited certificate.
Note
Participants with some international experience, can be invited to participate in conducting ATA assessment in any other country.
